Under normal circumstances, the amount of bentonite is added?In paint products , the amount of organic bentonite is related to paint system model and the expected objectives,
such as in alkyd systems, in addition to its paint pigments ,there is a small amount filler, bentonite is generally added
in an amount of about 0.5%, while in the anti-rust paint, the proportion of anti-rust pigment itself is large, with more filler, the amount of added bentonite is about 0.8% of the basic.
In the case of a large number of pigment and filler in primer , the amount of added bentonite is necessary more than 1%.
Also as coating, heavy-duty class of products because of a thicker coating, in addition to anti-settling,should also consider anti-sagging during the construction, the amount of added Bentonite is about 2%.
