BS-1C-1 as a thickening, anti settling, resistance to flow thixotropic agent, widely used in industrial paint, floor paint, anticorrosive paint, ship paint, powder paint and grease.
When the product is used in grease required polar activators are: propylene carbonate, acetone, ethanol / water (95/5), when production requires high shear to achieve the desired expansion, the specific use:
(1) 1/2 of the total base oil was added to the reactor, heated to 60 ~ 70 ℃;
(2) was added while stirring BS-1C-1 (10-15%, of the total formulation) was stirred for 5 to 10 minutes;
(3) addition of a polar activator (30 to 40%, the amount of organic soil), and then adding other desired additives, stirred for 25 to 30 minutes;
(4) adding the remaining 1/2 of the base oil was added to the reactor, for 30 minutes;
(4) it is pumped through a three-roll mill or homogenizer;
(5) In addition to gas, filtered, packaged lubricants.
Such as increasing the speed of dispersion, and the dispersion time to extend the temperature increase will increase the effect of using the BS-1C-1.
Outside the package of kraft paper bag, the inner packing uses the double layer packing of the polyethylene film bag, or the paper bag packing, the weight is usually 25 + 0.25kg, or by the user request packing. Under the condition of dry condition, the temperature is 0~30, and the quality is 24 months.
